Ross Industries will showcase practical solutions for tenderizing, flattening and schnitzel production at SÜFFA 2026, Nov. 7–9 at Messe Stuttgart in Stuttgart, Germany. Visitors can see the new TC12X Tenderizer, QC 300 Quad Cuber and Ross Flattener in Hall 9, Booth A55.
The TC12X Tenderizer gives processors precise control over product handling and tenderization. Its servo-driven conveyor provides consistent product movement, while Ross’ patented T-pattern blade design creates dense incisions that sever connective tissue and improve tenderness.
Magnetic, retracting blade carriers help protect the blades if they encounter bone or frozen spots. No-product/no-tenderize controls reduce unnecessary blade movement, helping limit wear and maintenance. With its pass-through design, the TC12X can operate as a stand-alone machine or fit into a continuous processing line.
By creating a more consistent tenderization pattern, the TC12X can help processors shorten aging and marination times, reduce purge, improve moisture and flavor retention, and achieve faster, more consistent cooking.
Ross will also demonstrate an inline schnitzel production solution that pairs the Ross Flattener with the QC 300 Quad Cuber. The Flattener uses adjustable pressure rollers and variable belt speed to produce a uniform, repeatable thickness across fresh or soft-frozen portions. More consistent portions support even cooking and better breading adhesion downstream.
After flattening, product moves directly into the QC 300. Its patented cross-cut roller design creates controlled surface disruption without requiring the product to be turned. The machine can also be configured for strip cutting, giving processors additional production flexibility.
Together, the Flattener and QC 300 create a continuous system that reduces manual handling, improves throughput and promotes more consistent coating pickup. Tool-less changeovers and sanitation-friendly access also make it easier to switch products and prepare the equipment for cleaning.
SÜFFA 2026 will be held at Messe Stuttgart, Messepiazza 1, 70629 Stuttgart, Germany. Show hours are 1–8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7; 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8; and 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 9. Visitors are invited to meet the Ross Industries team and see the equipment in Hall 9, Booth A55.
