Autoloader
The Autoloader combines Ross’ unparalleled slicing technology with next-generation automation by virtually eliminating the need for human intervention. This dual-chute slicing system is automatically fed by two robotic lifting and loading arms. Once loins are loaded into the machine, a servo-driven slicer portions the loin to the specified thickness. The slices then exit the machine via takeaway conveyors. This machine is idea for high volume processors who portion beef or pork loins.

The Autoloader combines Ross’ unparalleled slicing technology with next-generation automation by virtually eliminating the need for human intervention. An operator feeds the loin into the dual-chute
Autoloader from a conveyor and presses a ready button. Utilizing robotic arms, the Autoloader
positions, lifts and loads the loin into either a “standby” position or directly into the slicing chute
for portioning. The chute doors automatically close. Our servo-driven product follower and thickness
table slices the loin to the prescribed thickness. The slices then fall onto outfeed conveyors for
further processing or packaging.
The Autoloader always has a loin in the “standby” position to allow for immediate loading the moment the previous loin is completed; this ensures a nearly continuous production rate while permitting the operator to work at a sustainable pace.
