For spare part orders during normal business hours, you may place your order via phone, fax or email.

Monday – Friday (excluding holidays)
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
EMERGENCY PARTS SERVICE
If you reach our voicemail, please leave the information below and a parts representative will return your call within 1 hour.
Emergency spare parts representatives are available:
Saturdays (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas)
EMERGENCY PARTS INFORMATION
Please have the following information ready when you call:
- Your full name and phone number with the area code where you can be reached
- Your company name, billing address, and shipping address
- Valid purchase order or major credit card number (if applicable to your Ross account)
- Model and serial number of the machine that requires parts
- Parts numbers and quantity that you need
Our emergency parts representative will verify that the parts you need are available. If the parts you require are not available, our representative will advise you and the order will need to be processed during normal business hours. If parts are available, our representative will make arrangements to have your order delivered as soon as possible.
After-hours couriers’ flight schedules vary and have certain weight restrictions. These charges range from $500 to $2,000 depending upon the type of service and the size/weight of the shipment.
Please be advised that any order processed after hours will include an emergency handling fee of $500.00.
