ROSS TO UNVEIL AUTOLOADER AND INTELLIGENT TRIMMING LINE AT 2O23 PROCESS EXPO

Ross Industries, a leader in innovative food processing solutions, is gearing up to showcase its latest advancements at the highly anticipated 2023 Process Expo, held at  McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. This year’s expo promises to be a prime platform for industry leaders, experts, and innovators to converge and explore the future of food processing.

Visitors can expect Ross to unveil two groundbreaking products that promise to redefine processing efficiency and product quality:

Ross Autoloader

The Ross Autoloader represents a paradigm shift in automated processing. Designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity, this state-of-the-art system combines Ross’ unparalleled slicing technology with next-generation automation to virtually eliminate the need for human intervention. This dual-chute slicing system is automatically fed by two robotic lifting and loading arms that virtually eliminate manual labor while ensuring a consistent production rate, ultimately maximizing output and minimizing downtime.

Marelec Trimline

The Marelec Trimline exemplifies precision and accuracy in trimming and portioning solutions. The new intelligent trimline supercharges the traditional trim table system by adding automatic weighing and tracking to monitor yield, capacity, and trim quality per operator. This provides the processor with real-time performance monitoring of each operator to improve overall production; this means that capacity, yield, and quality is maintained at the level needed to remain competitive. It also allows each table to more efficiently manage and divide the incoming raw material between the available operators, guaranteeing continuous product flow.

Ross Industries Inc.’s commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction is reflected in each of its products, and the Ross Autoloader and Marelec Trimline are no exception. These two groundbreaking additions to the company’s product lineup are poised to make a substantial impact on the food processing industry, setting new benchmarks for efficiency and quality.

“Ross Industries is thrilled to showcase our latest advancements at the 2023 Processing Expo,” said Brian Nicholas, marketing specialist for Ross Industries. “The Ross Autoloader and Marelec Trimline represent our continued dedication to pushing the boundaries of food processing technology. We look forward to demonstrating the transformative potential of these cutting-edge solutions.”

In addition to the Autoloader and Trimline, Ross will showcase eleven other cutting-edge processing solutions, including machinery for portioning, skinning/derinding, tenderization, pressing and forming, cubing, and frozen product reduction

Attendees are encouraged to visit the Ross Industries in booth 4468 at the 2023 Processing Expo. The expo will run from October 23th to October 125th, 2023, at McCormick Place, Chicago, Illinois. Attendees can preregister or register on site.

Ross to attend the 2023 Petfood Forum

Ross Industries Inc, a leading processing equipment provider for the pet food industry, is gearing up to attend the Petfood Forum, one of the industry’s most significant annual events. Ross will showcase their innovative products and services to industry professionals throughout the event.

Magurit Starcutter 318
The Magurit Starcutter processes up to 8 tons per hour at product temperatures as low as -22 F.

Ross has been providing pet food processing equipment for over 60 years. With a focus on innovation and quality, Ross has become a trusted partner for many pet food manufacturers. They specialize in high-volume product reduction machines that can quickly process deep-frozen drums, blocks, or other product formats into a variety of product shapes, such as slices, chips, cubes, strips, or ground products for further processing. Their products and services help manufacturers achieve their production goals while maintaining high food safety and quality standards.

At this year’s Petfood Forum, Ross will feature the Magurit Starcutter. The Starcutter is designed for continuous high-volume reduction of frozen products at very low temperatures (-22 F) while maintaining a high-quality cut. The Starcutter achieves its premier cutting process through its unique blade design, integrated block hold-down device, and cutting drum geometry. The C-CUT blades flake the product while simultaneously making transverse cuts, resulting in much smaller pieces in a single pass through the machine. This unique cutting style preserves the cell structure of the meat and maintains product temperature, resulting in better binding results. The resulting product is especially suitable for further processing in mixers for wet pet products for formed products for freeze-dried pet snacks.

The Petfood Forum runs May 1-3 at the Kansas City, Mo. Convention Center. Pet food industry professionals should visit booth 2832 to learn more about Ross’ latest products and services. Register for the Petfood Forum at: https://wattglobalmedia.swoogo.com/PFF23
