Please have the following information ready when you call:
- Your full name and phone number with area code where you can be reached
- Your company name, billing address and shipping address
- Valid purchase order or major credit card number (if applicable to your Ross account)
- Model and serial number of the machine that requires parts
- Part numbers and quantity that you need
Our emergency parts representative will verify the parts you need are available. If the parts you require are not available our representative will advise you and the order will need to be processed during normal business hours. If parts are available our representative will make arrangements to have your order delivered as soon as possible. After hours courier’s flight schedules vary and have certain weight restrictions. The charges range from $500 to $2000 depending upon the type of service and the size/weight of the shipment. Please be advised that any order processed after hours will include an emergency handling fee of $350.00
