A member of the Tenderizer family, the Ross TenderPress tenderizes and flattens products simultaneously.  As a result of its dual capabilities, portion yields are increased and cooking time is reduced.

Processor Benefits:

  • Tenderizer blades sever sinew, connective tissue, and muscle fiber, enabling rapid marinade absorption and reducing tumbling time.
  • Resulting uniform flatness broadens plate coverage and enhances eye appeal.
  • Increases adhesion of batter and breading applications.

  • Multiple machine configurations available depending on product type.  Alternative blade/conveyor belt selection(s) and flattening force – optional.
