Ross TC700W Tenderizer

Since 1968, Ross Tenderizers have enabled processors to produce and upgrade meat cuts with guaranteed tenderization. Stainless steel blades produce incisions in boneless meat products to sever sinew, connective tissue, and muscle fiber.

Processor Benefits:

  • Aging time is reduced, decreasing purge.
  • Cooking time is reduced.
  • Moisture is retained to enhance flavor.

Key Features:

  • High Production Volume of 10,000 lbs/hour at a nominal rate of 60 strokes/minute.
  • Adjustable Conveyor Advance from 0.7"/stroke to 2.3"/stroke for a variation in tenderizing.
    • Boneless Head ranges approximately from 10-60 incisions per square inch.
    • Bone-In Head ranges approximately from 12-66 incisions per square inch.
  • Variable stroke rate to increase the speed for shorter strokes or increase overall production at any rate.
  • Special wash-down cart available for purchase with a 700W for storing removable parts during cleaning.

Boneless Tenderizer Head

With 756 blades in two cartridges, this head assembly will give superior penetration to even the toughest and thickest cuts of boneless meat.

Bone-In Tenderizer Head

With 994 blades in two cartridges, this head assembly offers the same functionality of the 700MC and 700M Tenderizers Bone-In capabilities.
