990 Slicer

Ross 990 Slicer

With the 990 series slicer, tempered products are positioned in vertical, stationary chutes and gravity fed into a precision slicing area.

Also available, model 991 hydraulic power supply. (engineering to provide plan and elevation view drawing).

Processor Benefits:

Quality Product Appearance: curl and kerf loss are eliminated, maximizing yield.
High Capacity: nominal production rate is 1,200 slices / minute, maximizing line efficiency. (Based on 10 tube chute).
Soldiered Array: product exits slicer in rows and columns, facilitating use of stackers, and maximizing conveyor belt coverage for cookers and freezers.

Cutter, conveyor belt, and thickness adjustment motors are hydraulic powered and easily adjustable to ensure long, trouble-free service.
Product chutes are custom built to processor’s specifications.
