We have an immediate opening for a CNC Programmer.  Position is full time, offering comprehensive pay and full benefits package.

This position is responsible for:

• Developing, proofing, revising and maintaining off-line CNC programs for machining small to large precision components with focus on process efficiency, product quality and cost reduction.  Programming language used is SmartCam v.11.
• Determination of machining methods, sequence and selection of tooling.
• Maintenance of detailed records for all CNC programs.
• Working closely with CNC operators/machinists and supervisors in resolving programming problems and questions as well as operate CNC equipment.

Absolute requirements are:

• Expert level off-line CNC programming skills utilizing SmartCam, v.11.
• Experienced CNC Machinist.
• Fully competent in blueprint reading and shop math.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled with FeatureCam software.
• Experience operating and programming lathes, horizontal and vertical mills made by Okuma, Haas, and Mori Seiki.
• Importing SolidWorks and AutoCad files.
• Experience in design of tooling and fixturing.
• Experience supplemented by technical school or military training in machining and/or CNC programming.
